What we promise
You are trusting us with family memories. Here is exactly where you stand.
Private. Your recordings and stories are visible only to the people you invite. We do not train models on your content, sell it, or share it. Every record is locked to your account at the database level and encrypted in transit and at rest.
Yours to take anywhere. One click exports everything: transcripts, memories, facts, the narrative, photos, and audio, as plain Markdown, JSON, and media files with an offline viewer. Paste the text into ChatGPT, Claude, or anything else. If you never open MyStory again, you lose nothing.
Hosted free, for life. When the three months end, nothing disappears. Your project stays online, readable, shareable, and exportable at no cost, forever. Extend creation time later only if you want to keep writing.
Deletable in one click. Delete your project or your whole account from Settings at any time. Gone means gone.
After the beta
When MyStory opens to everyone it will be $99 per project, one time, with no subscription. Beta testers who want more time to finish get the full year for half price ($49). Nothing is charged automatically, and every story you create stays online, readable and downloadable for life either way.
What we ask
- 1Start within the first week. Add a few key dates to the timeline, then have one ten-minute conversation. That's enough to see whether this is for you.
- 2Send us feedback. Use the Beta Support button inside the app — a one-line "this confused me" is the most valuable thing you can send.
- 3Tell us before you'd tell a friend. Bugs, awkward AI moments, pricing you would never pay.
